For several years my family has planned on relocating to Arizona. Having lived in Phoenix in my early years, I thought I was familiar with the area. What I didn’t consider was that some things change over 40 years. While searching the Internet, I immediately contacted Lorine Lovett who was the selling agent on a house we were interested in to discuss an offer. I explained to her that we were out of state and that I didn’t have time to look at the property in person. Immediately she offered to personally walk through the property and send detailed photos. Lorine asked what we were looking for in a new home. I gave her a brief idea of the criteria and she went to work. Each day she would email me several matching listings. The woman is psychic, even with the brief description of what we were looking for, she had a flawless idea of what we wanted. Lorine is a wife, mother and professional; yet she was there for us at every turn. I’m still quite impressed. One point I would like to make is that the properties she was suggesting to us were not her listings! Her prime concern was finding us the right house, not how much commission she would earn. My greatest skill is to know who I can trust and who I can’t. I trust Lorine explicitly. Lorine helped us with our offer and saved us a small fortune. I’m almost embarrassed to say what we paid for our home, but we saved more than 2/3 of what we were expecting to pay! The Parker Family
